Otthoni lehet\u0151s\u00e9gek<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Az&nbsp;otthoni gyakorl\u00e1s ugyan nem helyettes\u00edti a&nbsp;szakk\u00e9pz\u0151k \u00e1ltal vezetett foglalkoz\u00e1sokat, m\u00e9gis nagyon hasznosak lehetnek. Nemcsak c\u00e9lzottan fejlesztik a&nbsp;gyerekek mozg\u00e1s\u00e1t, de a&nbsp;mozg\u00e1s ir\u00e1nti v\u00e1gy, a&nbsp;mozg\u00e1s szeretete is a&nbsp;gyerekek \u00e9let\u00e9nek r\u00e9sz\u00e9v\u00e9 v\u00e1lik, ha a&nbsp;sz\u00fcl\u0151 partner ebben. Ez&nbsp;pedig tal\u00e1n az&nbsp;egyik legfontosabb t\u00e9nyez\u0151je az&nbsp;eg\u00e9sz \u00e9leten \u00e1t tart\u00f3 mozg\u00e1s biztos\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1nak.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fontos, hogy a&nbsp;mozg\u00e1s j\u00e1t\u00e9kos legyen \u00e9s&nbsp;a&nbsp;helyes kivitelez\u00e9sre folyamatosan, lassan vezess\u00fck r\u00e1 a&nbsp;gyerekeket. J\u00f6jj\u00f6n n\u00e9h\u00e1ny egyszer\u0171 gyakorlat, amit sz\u00fcl\u0151k\u00e9nt otthon bemutatva, ak\u00e1r egy\u00fctt is csin\u00e1lhatunk a&nbsp;gyerekekkel.
